Billie Eilish adds additional listening events across the U.S. for her upcoming LP ‘Hit Me Hard and Soft’

After announcing listening events in New York City and Los Angeles for her new album “Hit Me Hard and Soft”, Billie Eilish has added dozens of new cities and theaters where fans can experience the record for the first time on May 16 and 17.

Details revealed on Eilish’s social media platforms read: “Come listen to HIT ME HARD AND SOFT before it comes out at the listening events. HIT ME HARD AND SOFT – a listening event presented by Apple Music on May 16th and 17th, 2024, exclusively in select Dolby Cinemas at AMC Theatres in the U.S. Tickets are $5. A portion of the proceeds go to AMC Cares Charitable Fund which provides grants and financial assistance to qualified nonprofit organizations. Hit Me Soft and Hard – A Listening Event Presented by Apple Music will be available in AMC theaters on May 16th and 17th. Fans will have the chance to be one of the first to hear the new album with a visual accompaniment exclusively across most Dolby Cinema at AMC Theatres in North America ahead of its availability in Spatial Audio with Dolby Atmos on Apple Music.  For tickets, head here.

Eilish’s forthcoming album, which will officially drop on May 17, was written by Eilish and brother and longtime collaborator Finneas, who also produced the album. Eilish will also be embarking on her North American leg of the “Hit Me Hard and Soft” runs through to the end of December 2024. The tour will continue in Australia starting February 2025 ahead of her European, U.K., and Ireland arena dates starting in April until late July.  For tickets, head here.
