Charli XCX announced the title of her next album, ‘BRAT,’ posting on social media: ‘Brat – this summer. 15 songs. 41:23 minutes long’ The 15-song new album drops in the summer, with Charli calling the album “a club record … i was born to make dance music.. i came from the clubs.. xcx6 is the album i’ve always wanted to make.”
Charli released the first single from the upcoming album titled “Von Dutch”, along with an accompanying video that was shot at Paris’ Charles de Gaulle airport. Charli XCX released her fifth album, Crash, in March 2022 featuring the singles “Good Ones,” “New Shapes,” “Beg for You,” and “Baby.” She released two songs in 2023, “Speed Drive” for the Barbie movie and “In the City” with Sam Smith. In addition to her new music, Charli XCX will produce original music for the upcoming Prime Video series Overcompensating, created by and starring Benito Skinner.
